Sophia's 4th Birthday Party

Fun times in the U.P. were had. We spent a week at Grandma & Grandpa Moore's house in da woods. We took a few walks in the deep dark forest looking for or running from from coyotes, bears and cougars too? OH MY!! We buried knights and horses in the sand, sprayed each other with the hose, went to the beach everyday, (Bete Gris is our favorite), watched movies, played with friends, visited with lots of relatives, ate yummy food, saw a parade, drove to Big Bay to see Uncle Levi's camp, hung out with Uncle Phil, and celebrated Linden's 4th birthday (had a blast with Annabella)! Thanks everyone for all the fun!!!

July at Lake Vermilion

We spent a week at Grandma and Grandpa Durbin's house. We went for boat rides, picked raspberries, checked out the wolves at the International Wolf Center, read lots of books, tried to catch some walleye, saw Potato Island (which is covered with hundreds of birds, stinky too), went swimming, had an adventure at IronWorld including a train ride, and celebrated Linden's 4th birthday complete with Grandma Barb's castle cake, Auntie Nancy's Golden Nuggets, plus her homemade donuts, chocolate ice cream and waffle cones. That was one tasty birthday! We also visited with lots of relatives. Thanks for a fun week everyone!

4th of July 09

We spent our Fourth of July in Wisconsin this year, Door County, and we had lots of fun! We rode the rides at Bay Beach, swam at the hotel pool, visited with the grandparents and the great grandparents. Ate the best Strawberry Shortcake (yum, thanks Grandma Riess), caught some candy at the Egg Harbor parade, and hung out at Uncle Tom's fire pit for a HUGE bonfire while watching Uncle Daniel's fireworks show. We also met new baby Ryder!

Linden's 4th Birthday

We had a blast at ComoTown again this year. Linden enjoyed going on all the rides with his friends and family. We had a Scooby Doo theme and a tasty rainbow cake. Thanks to everyone for making Linden's birthday great!
